About This Visa
Indian ordinary-passport holders need a Schengen C. Usual staff path: own online form (unique code) on NetherlandsWorldwide, then VFS Global in India. MFA Consular Services decide. Do not use visa.vfsglobal.com/ind/en/nld — it does not load. Book the VAC NLWW names: Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Chandigarh, Chennai, Cochin, Hyderabad, Jalandhar, Kolkata, Lucknow, Mumbai, Pune, or New Delhi.
Print and sign their own form — do not reuse someone else’s code. Paid ticket not required. Sticker errors: nde-ca@minbuza.nl. Appointment and status: VFS, not the embassy.
Documents Required
NLWW India tourism checklist
- Signed online C form with unique code. Passport: issued within 10 years, 2 blank pages, 3 months after leaving Schengen, signed. Copies of biodata, last page (Indian nationals), and earlier Schengen stamps
- At VFS a digital photo is taken — no paper photo for an ESP filing. Colour 3.5 × 4.5 cm, white/light background, under 6 months if they lodge elsewhere
- Cover letter: reason, dates, fellow travellers, transport, lodging. Hotel or rental for every Schengen stop. Reservation to/from Schengen plus travel plans; organised tour: booking
- Original 3 months stamped and signed personal bank statements. ITR last 2 tax years. Employed: contract, recent leave letter, 3 months payslips. Self-employed: GST registration, business bank, barcode ITR. Retired: 3 months pension and/or property. Student: enrolment statement
- Insurance min. EUR 30,000, whole Schengen, whole stay (hospital, emergency, medicine, repatriation including death)
- Minor: notarised consent as on the checklist plus parent ID. Everyone attends in person, including babies
