About This Visa
Indian ordinary-passport holders need an Electronic Travel Authorisation before travel. ICA launched eTAS / e-Visa from 1 September 2025. Apply only on the official portal — ICA names https://etas.gov.so (also linked as https://evisa.gov.so).
Pricing: pay the amount the official portal shows at checkout. Do not invent a fee. MoICT publishes an indicative tourist schedule (single USD 50 / multiple USD 100) and says fees are subject to change — that is not a substitute for the portal quote.
India is not listed among visa-free (Rwanda, Malaysia) or visa-on-arrival nationalities in Civil Aviation AIC A 10/2025. Do not send Indians as VOA for ordinary tourism.
