About This Visa
Indian ordinary-passport holders get a tourist visa on arrival if they meet the papers. Only FSM, RMI and US citizens are visa-free. Schengen, Russia and Taiwan have separate waiver deals — not India.
Tourism, leisure or social visit. No work. Sign the Palau Pledge in the passport. Complete the Palau Entry Form at most 72 hours before departure at https://www.palautravel.pw/ and show the QR code at check-in and arrival.
Pre-lodgement of other visa classes is not available on arrival (FG/IOR, student, etc.). Tourist VOA is the holiday path.

- Passport valid 6 months at entry (driver’s licence is not enough)
- Return or onward ticket, unless they fit a printed exemption (diplomats, labour permit, US/FSM/RMI, presidential/director letter)
- Proof of support (letter of credit or other evidence the Director accepts)
- Palau Entry Form QR code (https://www.palautravel.pw/)
- Sign the Palau Pledge on arrival
- Visiting relatives or friends: host contact as the officer asks
Invitation letter is not required for a visitor visa but airlines may ask. Do not sell or give away the onward ticket without the Director’s written permission.
