About This Visa
Indian ordinary-passport holders need a Paraguayan non-resident (tourist) visa before travel. Start on the official MRE VisasEnLinea form, select the Embassy of Paraguay in New Delhi, upload the required scans, then wait for the mission to assign an interview.
Pay the USD 100 multiple-entry fee in Indian Rupees only after the visa officer confirms approval and gives the bank deposit / transfer details. Do not pay earlier.

- Online non-resident form at https://www.mre.gov.py/visasenlinea
- 3×4 cm JPG photo — white background, front facing, no accessories
- Colour scans of passport front and last page
- Colour images of other visas held (including e-visas)
- Invitation from a person / entity in Paraguay if that path applies (private companies must also lodge letters with MRE Asunción — visas@mre.gov.py)
- Personal bank statements last 3 months — original with bank seal and signature
- Police record from country of residence — legalised / apostilled
- Hotel / accommodation
- Flight or land itinerary / entry route
- Personal or company visa request letter
Minors: parents / guardians file; written travel authorisation if not travelling with them. Applicants outside India: also bring Indian visa + entry stamp copies.
