About This Visa
Indian ordinary-passport holders need a tourist/visitor visa before travel. This class is sightseeing, leisure and holidays. No work.
Stay 3 months per entry; visa valid 1 year, multiple entries. Fees are USD, converted to Solomon Islands dollars when they register. Fees are often not refunded if refused.
Immigration has posted that some online visa types and online payment were down and that files may need to be lodged in person in Honiara. Usual staff path for clients in India: High Commission New Delhi plus email immigration.visas@immigration.gov.sb. Retry the official apply button only if the notice is cleared.
Documents Required

- Cover letter (purpose of visit) addressed to The Director, Solomon Islands Immigration Division, Ministry of Commerce, Industry, Labour and Immigration, PO Box G26, Honiara
- Return/onward air ticket
- Pre-booked hotel if they are staying in a hotel
- Sufficient funds; genuine visitor
